El político y la actriz de “Curb Your Enthusiasm” caminaron de la mano cuando llegaron a la celebración de la vida de su madre, Ethel Kennedy, en la Catedral de San Mateo en Washington, DC.
RFK Jr., de 70 años, vestía un traje negro y corbata, mientras que Hines, de 59 años, vestía un abrigo negro, medias y zapatos de tacón cuando cruzaron la calle hacia la iglesia.
Ethel, viuda del exsenador Robert F. Kennedy, fue elogiada por miembros de su familia, así como por el expresidente Barack Obama, la expresidenta de la Cámara de Representantes Nancy Pelosi, el presidente Biden y otros.
Murió el 10 de octubre a los 96 años debido a complicaciones relacionadas con un derrame cerebral.
Ethel’s memorial service comes just one day after more details emerged about her son’s affair with Nuzzi.
After Nuzzi, 31, filed for a no-contact order against her former fiancé Ryan Lizza, he fired back, telling a court on Oct. 14 that he discovered “Nuzzi had been cheating on me with a married man RFK Jr. for almost a year.”
“She admitted the affair and over the course of weeks of conversations she confided how she fell into what she described as a ‘toxic’ ‘unhealthy’ ‘stupid’ ‘psychotic’ ‘crazy’ ‘indefensible’ relationship with a 70-year-old ‘sex addict’ who told her he wanted to ‘possess,’ ‘control,’ and ‘impregnate’ her,” Lizza claimed in court papers seen by Flash de Fama.
Robert’s sexting scandal with Nuzzi first made headlines last month when the New York Magazine political correspondent admitted to having a personal relationship with the former presidential candidate after learning he had allegedly bragged about the “intimate” images she sent him.
As a result, she was suspended from her position at New York, with the news outlet announcing that her actions were a “violation of the magazine’s standards around conflicts of interest and disclosures.”
Nuzzi was previously engaged to Lizza, but The Post confirmed they broke up due to the scandal.
Despite the affair, Hines has stayed by her husband’s side, supporting him after the death of his mom.
Last weekend, Hines commented underneath Robert’s Instagram post about his mother’s death, “This is beautiful. Your mother was very proud of you.”
The couple, who wed in 2014, was also spotted holding hands at the famous Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port, Mass.
